“Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.” ― Mother Teresa
Antoinette Frazho always fights for those feeling like the underdog. In her family law practice, this means helping clients overcome difficult situations and achieve the best possible results - in an out of the courtroom.
Much of Antoinette's work comprises family law cases, including issues related to pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, child custody and parenting time, spousal support, and division of property, which in certain marraiges where a business is involved requires dissolution or buyout. She seeks to have the parties to achieve amicable results, utilizing mediation and negotiation that allows them to decide the outcome of their matter, not a judge. Failing that, however, she's ready to zealously advocate for your rights in the courtroom litigation.
Antoinette also defends those who are often unable to defend themselves. In cases of abuse and neglect, she obtains personal protection orders to shield women and children from physical harm. In criminal cases, she represents people accused of sexual assault, domestic violence, drunk driving, retail fraud, drug possession, and traffic violations. She also handles consumer bankruptcies, counseling clients through Chapter 7 proceedings.
She also provides estate planning services that include the preparation of wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. She also appears in probate court for guardianship and conservatorship matters and advocates before government agencies and administrative law judges on behalf of clients that have been denied social security disability benefits.
Outside the Office, Antionette enjoys being with her three dogs, two cats, and two birds, and travels whenever possible especially to the Philippines to visit family. She's an avid reader, and finds time to bake a variety of simple and complex creations.
