Driver’s License Restoration

One of the worst aspects of traffic violation convictions is the loss or suspension of a driver’s license. One’s life is dramatically changed and the ability to make a living significantly curtailed. We assist clients in preparing the necessary documents required by the Secretary of State, and we advocate for restoration of their driver’s license.

Expungement

Everyone deserves a fresh start after they’ve paid their debt to society for a criminal offense. Unfortunately, a lingering record can stand in the way of getting that fresh start. Michigan law provides generous opportunities for people to get prior convictions expunged from their record. A. Frazho Law Office will advise clients on their prospects for expungement, and take the lead on preparing their petition.

Sexual Abuse & Assault

Sexual abuse and assault are crimes, subject to prosecution by the County Prosecutor’s Office. There are cases where the assault or abuse might have been prevented if not for the negligence of an organization that was supposed to be providing oversight. Victims can file civil lawsuits for damages against the perpetrator, the negligent institution, or both. We can help.

Sexual Harassment

We all have the right to work with dignity and federal civil rights laws mandate that businesses provide their employees with an atmosphere free of sexual harassment, and free of retaliation for reporting any potential violations. Proving harassment, though, requires detailed legal footwork and the patient preparation of a case. Attorney Antoinette Frazho is here to provide the leadership clients are looking for, and to represent them in dealings with their employer.

Title IX

Title IX is a federal law that mandates equal opportunity for both men and women on campus. Those rights are commonly understood to involve access to athletic programs, but they include all university activities. Furthermore, Title IX regulations require that all reasonable steps be taken to give students a safe atmosphere in which to learn.
