Driver’s License Restoration
One of the worst aspects of traffic violation convictions is the loss or suspension of a driver’s license. One’s life is dramatically changed and the ability to make a living significantly curtailed. We assist clients in preparing the necessary documents required by the Secretary of State, and we advocate for restoration of their driver’s license.
Expungement
Everyone deserves a fresh start after they’ve paid their debt to society for a criminal offense. Unfortunately, a lingering record can stand in the way of getting that fresh start.
